摘要
激素性股骨头坏死(SANFH)是由激素引起股骨头缺血坏死塌陷的疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。中药补肾活血法治疗SANFH临床应用广泛,效果显著。补肾活血法治疗SANFH信号通路涉及RANKL/RANK/OPG、PI3K/AKT、Wnt/β-catenin、APN-AMPK、IGF-1、Hedgehog等。作用机制与促进血管生成、调节肠道菌群、调节脂肪代谢、改善凝血功能、调节自噬与凋亡等方面有关,文章总结近年来补肾活血法治疗SANFH的文献,对治疗信号靶点及机制进行总结,为临床及基础研究提供参考。
Hormone-induced necrosis of the femoral head(SANFH)is a disease caused by hormoneinduced collapse of the femoral head.Tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation has been widely used in the treatment of SANFH,and the effect is remarkable.The treatment of SANFH signaling pathway by tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation involves RANKL/RANK/OPG,PI3K/AKT,Wnt/β-catenin,APN-AMPK,IGF-1,Hedgehog,etc.The mechanism of action is related to the promotion of angiogenesis,regulation of intestinal flora,regulation of fat metabolism,improvement of coagulation function,regulation of autophagy and apoptosis,etc.In this paper,the literature on the treatment of SANFH by tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation in recent years was summarized,and the therapeutic signal targets and mechanisms were described,so as to provide references for clinical and basic research.
