我国特色林果机械化采收技术现状 被引量:2

Current status of mechanized harvesting technology for characteristic forest fruits in China

摘要 近年来,在系列助农政策的支持下,我国特色林果的机械化生产技术得到迅速发展。然而,采收作为特色林果生产过程中劳动强度最大的环节,其机械化技术水平偏低已成为制约我国特色林果产业发展的主要问题。为全面了解我国特色林果机械化采收技术的发展现状和存在问题,系统梳理2018—2023年国内外在林果机械化采收领域的相关技术与装备研究,并进行深入分析。目前我国针对林果机械化采收技术的研究大部分停留在理论层面,落地用于实际生产的设备较少,且现有的机械采收设备大多需要人工辅助进行作业,功能相对单一且自动化程度较低。在此基础上提出我国特色林果采收设备应向自动化、智能化以及功能多样化等方向发展的思路,为进一步推动我国特色林果产业的机械化生产奠定基础。 In recent years,with the support of a series of agricultural assistance policies,the mechanized production technology of characteristic forest fruits in China has developed rapidly.The harvesting,as the most labor-intensive link in the production process of characteristic forest fruits,has become a major problem restricting the development of China's characteristic forest fruits industry due to its low level of mechanization technology.In order to comprehensively understand the current development status and existing problems of mechanized harvesting technology for characteristic forest fruits in China,this paper systematically reviewed relevant research for technologies and equipment in the field of forest fruits mechanized harvesting from 2018 to 2023,and conducted in-depth analysis.The results show that most of the research on mechanized harvesting technology for forest fruits in China was still at the theoretical level,and there were few equipment used for actual production.Moreover,most of the existing mechanical harvesting equipment still requires manual assistance for operation,with relatively single functions and low automation level.On this basis,it is proposed that characteristic forest fruits harvesting equipment should develop towards automation,intelligence,and diversified functions,laying a foundation for further promoting the mechanized production of the characteristic forest fruits industry in China.
