摘要
本文主要分析在提高住院病案首页主要诊断编码正确率中“双循环”机制的应用价值。方法为采用随机数字表法,将2021年1月—2023年2月期间内厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院病案管理系统中录入的病案总计2 400份进行分组。其中对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用“双循环”机制管理。分析影响主要诊断编码正确率的因素、实施“双循环”机制前缺陷类别、两组主要诊断编码质量以及病案数。“双循环”机制模式可有效提升住院病案首页主要诊断编码正确率,并改善病案首页管理质量。
This article mainly analyzes the application value of the"dual circulation"mechanism in improving the accuracy of the main diagnostic codes on the homepage of inpatient medical records.The method is to use a random number table to group a total of 2400 medical records entered into the medical record management system of Xiamen University Affiliated Women and Children's Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023.The control group was managed using conventional methods,while the observation group was managed using a"dual circulation"mechanism.Analyze the factors that affect the accuracy of the main diagnostic codes,the types of defects before implementing the"dual cycle"mechanism,the quality of the two main diagnostic codes,and the number of medical records.The"dual circulation"mechanism mode can effectively improve the accuracy of the main diagnostic codes on the first page of inpatient medical records and enhance the quality of medical record management.
