摘要
罗布麻作为一种具备抗菌、保健功能的天然纤维,开发潜力巨大,但脱胶工艺不成熟制约其大规模推广。文章全面分析了罗布麻的特点及脱胶工艺研究进展,主要涉及物理脱胶、化学脱胶、生物脱胶等。综合来看,未来应重点研究微生物脱胶、酶脱胶、预处理与酶脱胶联合的脱胶工艺,以实现环保、高效脱胶,提高罗布麻的可纺性,推动罗布麻产业发展。
As a natural fiber with antibacterial and sanitarian properties,apocynum venetum holds great potential for development.However,the immaturity of degumming process limits large-scale application.Characteristics of Apocynum venetum and research progress in degumming techniques covering physical,chemical,and biological degumming methods are analyzed in this paper.Overall,future research should focus on microbial degumming,enzymatic degumming,and the combination of pretreatment with enzymatic degumming to achieve environmentally friendly and efficient degumming,which will enhance the spinnability of Apocynum venetum fibers and promote the development of its industry.
