高品质绿色建筑选材内涵的研究

摘要 在“双碳”目标与高质量发展背景下,绿色建筑正向低碳化、高品质方向转型,而建材选用对建筑的绿色性能具有决定性影响。本文聚焦绿色建筑与绿色建材协同优化问题,通过对比分析国际主流绿色建筑评价标准与我国绿色建材评价体系,解构高品质绿色建筑选材的核心内涵,揭示其与全生命周期低碳化、耐久性、健康性及资源循环性的内在关联。研究提出涵盖“耐久可靠、环保健康、循环低碳、因地制宜、创新升级”高品质绿色建筑设计选材多元多维综合指标体系,强调绿色建材比例、耐久设计、低碳属性及地域适配性,为设计者提供科学的选材方法,推动土建装修一体化、高强度材料应用及固废再生技术推广,从而为破解绿色建筑与建材行业脱节难题、促进产业链绿色升级提供理论支撑,助力建筑领域实现“双碳”目标与高质量发展。 Under the dual carbon goals and the context of high-quality development,green buildings are transitioning towards low-carbon and high-quality directions,where material selection plays a decisive role in their green performance.This study focuses on the synergistic optimization of green buildings and green building materials.Through comparative analysis of international mainstream green building evaluation standards and China’s green building material assessment system,it deconstructs the core principles of high-quality material selection for green buildings,revealing their intrinsic relationships with whole-life cycle low-carbon performance,durability,health considerations,and resource circularity.The research proposes a comprehensive multi-dimensional index system for high-quality green building material selection,encompassing"durability and reliability,environmental protection and health,circularity and low carbon,regional adaptability,and innovation and upgrading".It emphasizes key factors including green material ratios,durability design,low-carbon attributes,and geographical suitability,while providing scientific material selection methodologies for designers to advance civil-decoration integration,high-strength material applications,and solid waste recycling technologies.This framework offers theoretical support for bridging the disconnection between green building and material industries,promoting green industrial chain upgrades,and ultimately facilitating the realization of dual carbon targets and high-quality development in the construction sector.
