摘要
研究采用多维度研究方法体系,运用文献资料、案例分析等方法的有机结合,力求全面深入探讨共同体视域下新发展理念推进城市体育治理现代化的创新路径。通过“情感嵌合和组织吸纳”的分析框架,揭示了城市体育治理共同体建设的双重路径:以党建引领为根本,通过情感嵌合将先进思想理念和价值追求内化为群众认同,通过组织吸纳将分散的体育参与主体整合到规范化的组织体系中。在实践层面,立足城市居民多样化需求,实现由政府单向管理向多元协同治理转变;在制度层面,完善体育社会组织管理制度,以法治化方式保障多元主体有序参与。
This study employs a multi-dimensional research methodology,integrating literature review and case analysis to comprehensively explore innovative approaches to advancing the modernization of urban sports governance from a community perspective under the new development paradigm.Value:Building a collaborative urban sports governance community is crucial for overcoming development bottlenecks in sports undertakings and fostering the modernization of sports governance.Framework:Through the analytical framework of"emotional integration and organizational embedding,"this study reveals a dual path for constructing an urban sports governance community:with party building as the foundation,emotional integration internalizes advanced ideas and values into a public recognition,while organizational embedding integrates dispersed sports participation subjects into a standardized organizational system.At the practical level,based on the diverse needs of urban residents,it realizes the transformation from unilateral government management to multi-actor collaborative governance;at the institutional level,it improves the management system of sports social organizations and ensures orderly participation of multiple subjects through the rule of law.Suggestion:The study proposes to further deepen the interaction between theory and practice,promoting the urban sports governance community's institutionalized and standardized development path.This innovative approach holds significant theoretical value and practical implications for resolving sports governance challenges and promoting the high-quality development of urban sports.
