300 MW蓄能机组顶盖管路焊缝的相控阵超声检测

摘要 采用相控阵超声检测技术对300 MW蓄能机组顶盖管路焊缝的专用对比和模拟试块实施检测,并对检测结果进行分析,优化检测工艺。试验结果表明,依据所优化的相控阵超声检测工艺可充分检测出管路焊缝中的各类型常见缺陷,对今后开展蓄能机组顶盖管路的相控阵超声检测具有指导意义。 The phased array ultrasonic testing technology was adopted to test the special comparison test blocks and simulation test blocks made for the weld seams of the top cover pipeline of the 300 MW pumped-storage unit.The test results were analyzed and the testing process optimized.The test results show that the optimized phased array ultrasonic testing process can fully detect various types of common defects in pipeline weld seams,which is of guiding significance for the phased array ultrasonic testing of the top cover pipelines of pumped-storage units in the future.
