黄河郑州段黄河鲤国家级水产种质资源保护区鱼类资源现状

Status of fish resources in the Yellow River Carp National Aquatic Germplasm Resource Reserve in Zhengzhou section of the Yellow River

摘要 为科学评估水产种质资源保护区鱼类资源状况和提升保护区的管理水平,2024年7~8月对黄河郑州段黄河鲤国家级水产种质资源保护区开展了鱼类资源调查。调查期间共计采集到鱼类39种,隶属于4目7科32属。其中鲤形目鱼类29种,占总种类数的74.36%。鱼类组成主要以溪流定居型鱼类为主,中上层鱼类占优势,产沉性卵为主,杂食性鱼类最多。保护区的鱼类组成较上世纪50~60年代发生了巨大的变化,经济物种有所减少,鱼类外来物种有所增加。 This paper comprehensively investigated the cultivation and application technologies of microalgae in aquaculture.It elaborated on the biological characteristics of microalgae and analyzed various cultivation meth-ods along with critical influencing factors,including light,temperature,and nutrient levels.Furthermore,the study provided a detailed overview of the multifaceted applications of microalgae in aquaculture,such as serving as high-quality feed for aquatic animals,facilitating water purification,and enhancing the immunity of cultured species.Practical case studies were utilized to evaluate the efficacy of microalgae applications.Current challenges and future development trends were also discussed,aiming to offer theoretical foundations and practical insights for advancing and promoting microalgae-related technologies in aquaculture.
