分渠道销售再制造供应链中制造商动态定价博弈分析

Dynamic Pricing Game Analysis of Manufacturer in the Remanufacturing Supply Chain with Separate Channel Sales

摘要 再制造供应链系统针对同质的新产品和再制造品进行分渠道销售。通过对两类产品价格调整速度在不同区域中进行博弈的比较分析,研究零售商公平关切和消费者需求偏好下,制造商定价策略产生的动态变化情形以及对利润的影响。研究发现,制造商在调整新产品批发价格和再制造品销售价格时,若加快一方的价格调整,则应减慢对另一方的价格调整,保持自身利润稳定。市场价格调整从动态稳定到混沌状态存在一个临界值,当价格调整速度小于临界值时,随着公平关切加强、消费者对再制造品的购买偏好增加,制造商可通过调整产品价格获取更多的利润。当价格调整速度处于临界值且半数消费者偏好于再制造品时,制造商减缓新产品生产,加快产品的回收再制造,这有利于产品的更新换代。当价格调整速度大于临界值时,供应链系统将出现混沌不可控的扰动现象,制造商难以获取期望的利润收益。 The remanufacturing supply chain system distributes homogeneous new products and remanufactured products through separate channels.By conducting a comparative analysis of the two kinds of product price adjustment speed in dif-ferent regions,the dynamic changes of the manufacturer’s pricing strategies and their effects on profits under the retailer’s fairness concern and consumer demand preference are studied.It is found that when the manufacturer adjusts the wholesale price of new products and the sales price of remanufactured products,he speeds up the price adjustment on one side and slows down the price adjustment on the other to maintain stable profits.A critical value exists between dynamic stability and chaotic state in market price adjustment.When the price adjustment speed is below the critical value,the manufactur-er can obtain more profits by adjusting product prices with the strengthening of fairness concern and the increasing of con-sumers’purchase preference for remanufactured products.When the price adjustment speed reaches the critical value and half of the consumers prefer remanufactured products,the manufacturer slows down the production of new products and speeds up the recycling and remanufacturing of products,which facilitates product upgrades and innovation.When the price adjustment speed exceeds the critical value,the supply chain system will experience chaotic and uncontrollable dis-turbances,making it difficult for the manufacturer to obtain the expected profits.
