摘要
数字中国建设是科学社会主义原则在当代中国的具体实践。通过对西方数字资本文明的批判,科学社会主义原则在数字中国建设中具有超越性价值。坚持以人为本、消除数字鸿沟,构建数字共同体、抵御数字霸权,以及发挥制度优势、引领技术发展的核心理念是对科学社会主义原则的坚守,也是对数字时代挑战的积极回应。数字中国建设必须在实施过程中严格遵循科学社会主义原则,同时注重将这些原则落到实处。只有在党的全面领导下,才能从宏观角度把握整体方向,引领数字中国建设稳步前行。在数字化进程中,必须珍视并传承中华文化,丰富数字中国的文化内涵,激发人民群众的文化自豪感和归属感。为了取得实质性进展,必须聚焦数字中国建设中的关键问题。核心在于紧紧抓住数字技术创新,通过增加科研投入,努力突破技术瓶颈,推动数字技术的持续创新与发展。在国际层面,数字中国建设应积极参与全球数字治理体系的构建,加强国际交流与合作,为全球数字治理贡献中国智慧。
The construction of Digital China is the concrete practice of the principles of scientific socialism in contemporary China.By critically examining Western digital capitalism,we can see that the principles of scientific socialism hold transcendent value in the construction of Digital China.Upholding a people-centered approach,eliminating the digital divide,building a digital community,resisting digital hegemony,and leveraging institutional advantages to lead technological development,these are core concepts that adhere to the principles of scientific socialism which actively respond to the challenges of the digital age.The construction of Digital China must strictly follow the principles of scientific socialism during implementation and ensure these principles are effectively applied.Only under the comprehensive leadership of the Party can the overall direction be grasped from a macro perspective,guiding the steady progress of Digital China.In the process of digitalization,it is crucial to cherish and inherit Chinese culture,enriching the cultural connotation of Digital China and fostering a sense of cultural pride and belonging among the people.To achieve substantive progress,it is essential to focus on key issues in the construction of Digital China.The core lies in seizing digital technological innovation,increasing research investment,striving to overcome technological bottlenecks,and promoting continuous innovation and development of digital technology.Internationally,the construction of Digital China should actively participate in the establishment of a global digital governance system,enhance international exchanges and cooperation,and contribute Chinese wisdom to global digital governance.
