筒式永磁联轴器刚度特性分析

摘要 永磁联轴器由于其磁场表现出强非线性,从而使得其动力学特性难以预测,对筒式永磁联轴器的刚度特性进行了分析。首先,采用有限元软件COMSOL建立了筒式永磁联轴器的三维有限元模型,分别计算了存在旋转角度、径向偏移量和轴向偏移量时的轴向扭矩、径向力和轴向力;随后对仿真结果使用傅里叶级数展开进行了修正拟合,并对拟合后的力、力矩进行关于对应偏移量、角度的求导,得到了永磁联轴器的扭转、径向及轴向刚度;最后通过永磁联轴器静态试验台进行了静态性能试验。结果表明,永磁联轴器扭转刚度达峰值时,仿真结果为8.89 N·m/(°),试验结果为8.38 N·m/(°),相对误差为6.09%,验证了仿真分析的准确性。 In response to the problem of strong non-linearity in the magnetic field of permanent magnet couplings,which makes it difficult to predict the dynamic characteristics,the stiffness characteristics of cylindrical permanent magnet coupling are analyzed.Firstly,a 3D FEA model of the cylindrical permanent magnet coupling is established by COMSOL.The axial torque,radial force,and axial force are calculated when there are rotation angle,radial offset,and axial offset.Subsequently,Fourier series expansion is used to revise and fit the simulation results,and the fitted force and torque are derived from the corresponding offset and angle.The torsional,radial,and axial stiffness of the PMC are obtained.Besides,static performance tests are conducted on a permanent magnet coupling static testing platform.The results indicate that when the torsional stiffness of the permanent magnet coupling reaches its peak,the simulation result is 8.89 N·m/(°),the experimental result is 8.38 N·m/(°),and the relative error is 6.09%,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation analysis.
