基于校检合作模式的高职大学生廉洁教育实践研究

摘要 在职业教育深化发展的新形势下,廉洁教育作为高素质技术技能人才培养的核心维度,面临资源整合不足、教学载体单一、内容同质、实践脱节等挑战。文章以高职院校与属地人民检察院共建“高职院校+人民检察院”清廉平台为样本,基于校检合作模式的理论模型,通过构建合作机制、优化资源配置、创新教育方式、提升师资力量等实践,系统探索高职大学生廉洁教育创新路径,为高职院校开展大学生廉洁教育、培养德技并修的新时代工匠人才提供可推广的实践范式。 Under the new context of deepening vocational education development,integrity education—as a core dimension in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents—faces challenges such as insufficient resource integration,monotonous teaching methods,homogeneous content,and disjointed practical implementation.This paper takes the"College+People's Procuratorate"integrity platform jointly established by a vocational college and its local procuratorate as a case.Based on the theoretical framework of school-procuratorate collaboration,it systematically explores innovative pathways for integrity education among vocational college students through practices including constructing collaborative mechanisms,optimizing resource allocation,innovating educational approaches,and enhancing faculty capabilities.The research aims to provide a replicable paradigm for vocational colleges to conduct integrity education and cultivate craftsman-like talents with both moral integrity and technical expertise in the new era.
