摘要
文章以广西米粉符号为研究对象,基于皮尔斯三元符号理论,构建“三元九维二十要素”的符号拓扑结构,系统阐释广西米粉符号“物—感—义”的文化建构机制。研究发现:广西米粉符号通过“再现体—对象—解释项”的“三元”互动,形成多模态感官能指系统与文化意义生成网络的动态统一。其“再现体”呈现为“形色复合”的视觉符号、“酸辣鲜”主导的味觉符号、“香臭调和”的嗅觉符号及以“嗍粉声波”为核心的听觉符号,构建起跨感官感知的饮食符号体系;“对象”层面以“1+X”原料特征、“三区布局”消费场景及“项目+传承人”技艺传递为支撑,形成物质性符号载体;“解释项”则在历时维度激活稻作文明的族群集体记忆,在共时维度通过“那”文化认同机制铸牢中华民族共同体意识。文章不仅拓展了饮食文化研究的理论边界,也为乡村振兴背景下地方特色产业的符号化发展提供了实践路径。
Taking Guangxi Rice noodles as the research object,based on Pierce's"ternary"symbol theory,this paper constructs a symbolic topological structure of"ternary,nine dimensional and twenty elements",and systematically explains the cultural construction mechanism of Guangxi Rice noodles symbols.The research found that the symbols of Rice noodles in Guangxi formed a dynamic unity of multimodal sensory signifier system and cultural meaning generation network through the"ternary"interaction of"reproduction object interpretation term".Its"representation"is presented as a visual symbol of"form color composite",a taste symbol dominated by"sour,spicy,and fresh",an olfactory symbol of"fragrant and odorous harmony",and an auditory symbol centered on"wordy pink sound waves",constructing a cross sensory perception of the food symbol system;At the"object"level,supported by the"1+X"raw material characteristics,the"three zone layout"consumption scenario,and the"project+inheritor"skill transmission,a material symbol carrier is formed;The'explanatory item'activates the collective memory of rice cultivation civilization in the diachronic dimension,and reconstructs the national community consciousness through the'na'cultural identity mechanism in the synchronic dimension.The article not only expands the theoretical boundaries of food culture research,but also provides a practical path for the symbolic development of local characteristic industries under the background of rural revitalization.
