摘要
目的探讨健康素养在血液透析共病患者智谋与治疗负担间的中介效应。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年7月至2023年1月在南宁市2所三级甲等医院血液净化部行血液透析的251例共病患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、智谋量表、慢性病患者健康素养量表、慢性病共存治疗负担问卷进行调查。结果血液透析共病患者智谋得分为82.00(72.00,96.00)分,健康素养得分为(92.13±10.88)分,治疗负担得分为14.58(6.25,25.00)分;血液透析共病患者智谋与健康素养呈正相关(r=0.488,P<0.01),治疗负担与智谋、健康素养分别呈负相关(r_(1)=-0.382,r_(2)=-0.408;P<0.01);健康素养在其智谋与治疗负担间发挥部分中介效应,占总效应的27.54%。结论血液透析共病患者智谋水平有待提高,健康素养有待改善,治疗负担处于中等水平;健康素养在其智谋与治疗负担间发挥中介效应,提高智谋水平,有助于提高血液透析共病患者的健康素养,改善治疗负担。
Objective To explore the mediating effects of health literacy between resourcefulness and treatment burden in hemodialysis patients with comorbidities.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 251 patients with comorbidities undergoing hemodialysis in the hemodialysis departments of two tertiary grade A hospitals in Nanning from July 2022 to January 2023 as the research subjects.The general information questionnaire,Resourcefulness Scale,Health Literacy Management Scale and Multimorbidity Treatment Burden Questionnaire were used for investigation.Results The resourcefulness score of hemodialysis patients with comorbidities was 82.00(72.00,96.00),the health literacy score was(92.13±10.88),and the treatment burden score was 14.58(6.25,25.00).Resourcefulness was positively correlated with health literacy(r=0.488,P<0.01),while treatment burden was negatively correlated with both resourcefulness(r=-0.382,P<0.01)and health literacy(r=-0.408,P<0.01).Health literacy played a partial mediating effect between resourcefulness and treatment burden,accounting for 27.54%of the total effect.Conclusion The resourcefulness and health literacy of hemodialysis patients with comorbidities need to be improved,while their treatment burden remains at a moderate level.Health literacy plays a mediating role between resourcefulness and treatment burden.Enhancing resourcefulness can help improve health literacy of hemodialysis patients with comorbidities and alleviate their treatment burden.
