摘要
依托安徽省专业结构优化调整与专业改造项目,本文提出了以工作室体系为核心,建立面向就业的“三线”式能力培养框架,构建面向工作室的“三室”式人才培养模式及面向任务—项目—生产的“三级”实践内容体系。通过1+X职业技能标准支撑进行三三制(三线、三室、三级)实践,达到岗课赛证深度融合。
Building on Anhui Province’s project for the optimization,adjustment,and transformation of professional structures,this study proposes a talent cultivation approach centered on a studio system.It establishes an employment-oriented"three-line"competency development framework,constructs a studio-oriented"three-room"training model,and defines a"three-level"practical content system oriented toward tasks,projects,and production.Supported by the"1+X"vocational skill standards,the implementation of the Three-Three system(three lines,three rooms,three levels)aims to achieve deep integration of job responsibilities,coursework,competitions,and certification.
