摘要
教育是国之大计、党之大计。新工科背景下,高等教育被赋予新的历史使命。以职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇为基本内涵的“三融”战略有利于统筹科技、人才与创新等关键要素,为高等教育培养高质量人才,为适应现代化发展提供突破口。因此,高等教育推进“三融”战略具有重要价值意蕴。根据新工科建设要求,针对当前推进“三融”战略的现实挑战,高等教育应从革新教育观念、强化制度保障、构建创新平台等方面出发,稳步推进“三融”战略,服务高质量发展。
Education is a pivotal endeavor for both the nation and the Party.Against the backdrop of the New Engineering initiatives,higher education has been entrusted with a renewed historical mission.The"Three Integrations"strategy—bridging vocational and general education,aligning industry and education,and merging science and education—serves as a vital approach to coordinating key elements such as technology,talent,and innovation.It provides a breakthrough for cultivating high-quality talent in higher education and adapting to modernized development.Thus,advancing the"Three Integrations"strategy holds significant value and profound implications.In alignment with the requirements of emerging engineering education,higher education must address existing challenges by reshaping educational philosophies,strengthening institutional guarantees,and establishing innovation platforms,thereby steadily promoting the"Three Integrations"strategy and serving the demands of high-quality development.
