小截面铝芯电力电缆典型故障案例

摘要 目前,风电场集电线路已发生多起铝芯电缆本体故障,特别是小截面铝芯电力电缆故障,其占比较高,给风电场的安全可靠运行带来了较大风险。为深入分析电缆故障成因,文中介绍了3起采用26/35 kV小截面铝芯电力电缆的典型故障案例,并对电缆样品进行解剖检查、产品检测、模拟试验等系统研究。结果表明,电缆击穿的直接原因是导体在电缆遭受过大拉力后损伤断裂,继而引发击穿故障。结合导体生产制造、电缆生产工艺、安装敷设、交接验收和运行维护等环节,提出的针对性预防措施及改进建议可在一定程度上消除潜在隐患,保障风电场的安全可靠运行。 Currently,multiple failures have occurred in aluminum-core cables of wind farm collector lines,especially in small cross-section aluminum-core power cables.Their disproportionately high failure rate poses great risks to safe and reliable operation of wind farms.In order to deeply analyze the causes of cable faults,three typical fault cases of 26/35 kV small-section aluminum-core power cables were introduced,and cable samples were systematically studied such as anatomical examination,product testing,and simulation tests.Results showed that the direct cause of cable breakdown was that the conductor was damaged and broken due to excessive tensile force,which in turn caused insulation breakdown fault.Combined with conductor manufacturing,cable production process,installation and laying,handover acceptance,and operation&maintenance processes,targeted preventive measures and improvement suggestions were put forward,which could eliminate potential hidden dangers to a certain extent and ensure safe and reliable operation of wind farms.
