CPVC电缆保护管性能分析及优化策略

摘要 选取56个改性氯化聚氯乙烯(chlorinated polyvinyl chloride,CPVC)电缆保护管试样进行性能检测,计算各项指标检测结果与标准要求之间的相对差值,讨论分析CPVC保护管存在的性能问题,为强化保护管质量和标准优化提供参考性建议。结果表明,目前的工艺技术已经能够满足标准中对CPVC保护管最大内径、最大壁厚、环刚度的指标要求。同时分析指出,适度放宽标准中对保护管壁厚的最大限定值,或许是优化现有标准并提升保护管性能的一个可行性措施。另一方面,密度、耐外冲击性能及维卡软化温度的未达标率分别高达20%、18%和11%,是目前CPVC保护管检测中出现的主要问题,亟需对相应保护管的成分设计及生产工艺做进一步有针对性的优化。 56 chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC)protective tube samples were selected for performance testing.By calculating the relative difference between the test results of various indicators and the standard requirements,a discussion and analysis were conducted on the existing performance issues of CPVC protective tubes.This provides reference suggestions for improving the quality of CPVC protective tubes and optimizing standards.The results showed that the current production technology can basically meet the requirements of the maximum inner diameter,maximum wall thickness,and ring stiffness of CPVC protective tubes specified in the standard.Meanwhile,it was analyzed that moderately relaxing the wall thickness requirements for CPVC protective tubes,especially the restrictions on the maximum wall thickness specified in the standard,may be a feasible measure to optimize the existing standard and enhance the performance of CPVC protective tubes.On the other hand,the non-compliance rates of density,impact resistance,and Vicat softening temperature of CPVC protective tubes are as high as 20%,18%,and 11%,respectively,which requires targeted composition optimization and process control measures to be developed.
