摘要
社会实践作为大学生价值观塑造的关键环节,对引导其基层就业有重要作用。基于Z高校的调查数据,运用有序logit回归模型,分析代际价值观转变下社会实践对大学生基层就业意愿的影响机制。研究发现:社会实践经历能够显著提升大学生基层和西部就业意愿;在同时考虑两种代际价值观及奉献精神的影响时发现,物质主义价值观对大学生基层和西部就业意愿产生显著负向影响,后物质主义价值观对大学生西部就业意愿产生正向影响,而奉献精神对大学生基层和西部就业意愿产生显著正向影响。为此,建议进一步构建以基层为重点导向的社会实践教学体系,注重社会实践过程中的社会主义核心价值观引导,以共同体理念引导大学生将个人理想融入国家发展。
As a key component in shaping college students’values,social practice plays a vital role in facilitating their willingness to work at grassroots levels.Based on the survey data from University Z,this study uses an ordered logit regression model to analyze the influence mechanism of social practice on college students’willingness to work at grassroots levels under the shift of generational values.The findings show that social practice experience can significantly enhance college students’willingness to work at grassroots levels and in western regions.When considering the influences of both generational values and dedication spirit,it is found that materialistic values have a significant negative impact on college students’willingness to work at grassroots levels and in western regions,post-materialistic values only have a positive impact on their willingness to work in western regions,while dedication spirit has a significant positive impact on their willingness to work at grassroots levels and in western regions.Therefore,it is suggested to further construct a social practice teaching system oriented toward grassroots levels,emphasize the guidance of core socialist values in the process of social practice,and guide college students to integrate their personal ideals into national development under the community concept.
