摘要
国内外政治经济形势变化给中国企业对外直接投资带来诸多风险与挑战。选取亚洲、非洲、拉丁美洲、欧洲、北美洲和大洋洲6个区域115个国家(地区)2015—2023年面板数据,对政治风险、经济风险、制度风险和社会文化风险进行量化测度,揭示对外直接投资风险影响机制,发现风险空间聚集和表现形式存在异质特征,可以从政府、企业等角度采取相应的对策有效规避风险。
Changes in domestic and international political-economic situations pose significant risks and challenges to Chinese enterprises′outward foreign direct investment(OFDI).Utilizing panel data from 2015 to 2023 of 115 countries(regions)including Asia,Africa,Latin America,Europe,North America,and Oceania,this study conducts a quantitative measurement of political risk,economic risk,institutional risk,and socio-cultural risk.It reveals the impact mechanisms of OFDI risk,and the heterogeneous characteristics in the spatial agglomeration and manifestations of risks.Corresponding countermeasures can be implemented by both governments and enterprises to effectively mitigate these risks.
