摘要
针对暗挖地铁隧道下穿石油管道施工中面临的沉降、变形和泄漏风险问题,提出了一种智能监测技术方法。介绍了监测方案的具体实施步骤和质量控制措施,通过管道应变自动监测、隧道内可燃气体监测和地表位移GNSS监测相结合的方式,实现了对石油管道安全状态的实时监控,该技术有效减少了人工巡检成本,提高了施工安全性,确保了石油管道的正常运行,为类似工程提供了技术参考。
To address the risks of settlement,deformation,and leakage during the construction of an underground metro tunnel traversing beneath an existing petroleum pipeline,an intelligent monitoring technology approach was proposed.This paper details the specific implementation steps of the monitoring scheme and the associated quality control measures.By integrating automated pipeline strain monitoring,flammable gas monitoring within the tunnel,and GNSS-based surface displacement monitoring,real-time assessment of the petroleum pipeline's safety status was achieved.This technology effectively reduced manual inspection costs,enhanced construction safety,and ensured the uninterrupted operation of the petroleum pipeline.The approach provides valuable technical reference for similar engineering projects.
