摘要
为了改善材料物理实验课程的教学效果,以Fe_(3)O_(4)/C纳米复合材料的制备及其微波吸收性能分析为例,探讨了材料物理实验的创新设计与实践.在实验课程中,将纳米复合材料制备实验,X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜结构表征实验,以及矢量网络分析仪性能分析实验5个常规实验项目相结合,形成了一个科研驱动式的创新型综合实验课.研究表明,该实验创新设计与实践能够充分提高学生的创新思维、实践技能和团队协作能力,进而可促进学生全面发展和提高高校实验课程的教学质量.
In order to improve the teaching effectiveness of material physics laboratory course,the innovative design and practice of material physics experiment are discussed,taking the fabrication of Fe_(3)O_(4)/C nanocomposite materials and their microwave absorption performance analysis as an example.In the experimental course,five material physics experimental projects including the preparation experiment of nanocomposite materials,structural characterization experiments of X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,and transmission electron microscope,and the performance analysis experiment of vector network analyzer are combined together to establish a research-driven innovative comprehensive experimental course.The studies shows that the experimental innovation design and practice can significantly enhance students*innovative thought,practical skills,and teamwork cooperation abilities,thereby promoting the comprehensive development of students and improving the teaching quality of college laboratory courses.
