摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)根据其临床表现可将其归为“痞满”“胃脘痛”范畴。王庆国教授临证多年,对此病认识颇深,临床中强调以症状为表象,以病机为实质,以治疗“胃热、脾寒”为重点。用“辛开苦降”之半夏泻心汤治疗本病,并随证加减化裁,疗效显著。此外,还重视疾病诊断与辨证的有机结合,既注重传统“方证相应”的原则,又不忽略现代医学“病证结合”的理念,力求在传统医学的基础上不断推陈出新。
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)belongs to the categories of"noisy"and"stomach pain"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Wang Qingguo has been clinical for many years,and has a deep understanding of this disease,and in clinical practice,he emphasizes taking the symptoms as the appearance,the pathogenesis as the essence,and the treatment of"stomach fever and spleen cold"as the focus.The disease was treated with the addition and subtraction of the Banxia Xiexin decoction of"Xin Kai Ku Jiang",and the addition and subtraction were reduced with the syndrome,and the effect was remarkable.In addition,it also attaches great importance to the organic combination of disease diagnosis and syndrome differentiation,not only pays attention to the traditional principle of"prescription and syndrome correspondence",but also does not ignore the concept of"combination of disease and syndrome"in modern medicine,and strives to constantly innovate on the basis of traditional medicine.
