风险识别下预见性管理在微波消融设备管理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨风险识别下预见性管理对微波消融设备管理效果的影响。方法选取2023年7月至2024年10月医院70台原发性肝癌(PLC)微波消融资料,按照设备管理方法不同分组,以2023年7月至2024年1月实施常规设备管理的31台微波消融为对照组,相关设备共使用185次;以2024年2—10月实施风险识别下预见性设备管理的39台微波消融为观察组,相关设备共使用225次。比较两组设备使用情况、设备管理质量及使用人员满意度。结果观察组设备响应率高于对照组,设备故障率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组零件丢失、功能不佳、清洁灭菌不合格发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组使用人员满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险识别下预见性管理模式能够降低微波消融设备故障的发生风险,提高设备管理质量及使用人员的满意度。 Objective To explore the impact of predictive management with risk identification on the management effectiveness of microwave ablation surgical equipment.Methods With the selection of data from 70 microwave ablation surgeries for primary liver cancer(PLC)in hospitals from July 2023 to October 2024 to conduct grouping according to different equipment management methods,from July 2023 to January 2024,31 microwave ablation surgeries with conventional equipment management were taken as the control group,and the related equipment was used a total of 185 times;From February to October 2024,39 microwave ablation surgeries with predictive equipment management with risk identification were taken as the observation group,and the related equipment was used a total of 225 times.The usage of equipment,equipment management quality,and user satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The equipment response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the equipment failure rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidences of part loss,poor function and unqualified cleaning and sterilization in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of users in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The predictive management mode with risk identification could reduce the risk of microwave ablation surgical equipment failure,improve equipment management quality,and increase user satisfaction.
