摘要
在棉纤维的各项质量指标中,纤维长度作为关键指标,与纺纱工艺及成纱质量关系密切,是纺织企业重点关注的指标之一。本文旨在探讨纤维长度的检测方法及相关检测仪器的发展趋势。棉纤维长度检测的方法主要包括手扯尺量法和仪器测试法,其中仪器测试法又可细分为分组测试法和不分组测试法。手扯尺量法通过简单易操作的方式为纤维长度提供了初步的估算,但其准确性受到操作技术和样本代表性的影响。相对而言,仪器测试法在精确性和效率上有显著优势,尤其是分组测试法能够提供纤维长度的分布特征及短纤维率指标,而不分组测试法的优势在于其快速性和样本代表性。纤维长度检测主要涵盖籽棉收购检验、皮棉加工检验和棉花质量公证检验三个环节,仪器测试法主要应用于棉花质量公证检验环节,而籽棉收购检验和皮棉加工检验环节也逐渐从手扯尺量法过渡到仪器测试法。随着国家标准的改革及技术的发展,棉纤维长度检测将逐步向仪器化、快捷化和可追溯性方向发展,以应对专业人员减少和老龄化的挑战,实现更高效、精准的检测结果,从而提升棉花质量检验的整体水平。
In the cotton fiber quality indicators,fiber length as a key indicator,and spinning process and yarn quality is closely related to the textile enterprises focus on one of the indicators.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the development trend of fiber length testing methods and related testing instruments.Cotton fiber length inspection methods mainly include hand pulling and measuring method and instrument testing method,of which the instrument testing method can be subdivided into group testing method and not group testing method.The hand-pulling measuring method provides a preliminary estimation of fiber length in a simple and easy-to-operate way,but its accuracy is affected by the operating technique and the representativeness of the samples.Comparatively speaking,the instrumental test method has significant advantages in accuracy and efficiency,especially the group test method can provide the distribution characteristics of fiber length and short fiber rate index,while the advantage of the non-group test method lies in its rapidity and sample representativeness.Fiber length inspection mainly covers the seed cotton purchase inspection,lint processing inspection and cotton quality and fair inspection of three links,the instrument testing method is mainly used in the cotton quality and fair inspection links,while the seed cotton purchase inspection and lint processing inspection links gradually from the hand tugging ruler measurement method to the transition to the instrument testing method.With the reform of national standards and technological development,cotton fiber length inspection will gradually to instrumentation,speed and traceability direction to cope with the challenges of the professional staff to reduce and aging,to achieve more efficient and accurate test results,so as to enhance the overall level of cotton quality inspection.
