摘要
本研究重点探讨了床上用品常见不符合执行标准的项目,包括产品使用说明、填充物质量偏差率、纤维含量、p H值、断裂强力、水洗尺寸变化率、色牢度以及原料要求等,深入剖析了床上用品存在的质量问题。通过分析这些问题的形成原因,提出针对性的改进建议,以期为床上用品生产企业提供指导,助力其生产出高质量的产品,从而提升消费者满意度。
This study focuses on exploring common items in bedding that do not meet executive standards,including product instructions for use,filler quality deviation rate,fiber content,pH,breaking strength,water-wash dimensional change rate,color fastness,and raw material requirements,and deeply analyzes the quality problems existing in bedding.By analyzing causes of these problems,targeted improvement suggestions are put forward,aiming to provide guidance for bedding manufacturers,help them produce high-quality products,and thus enhance consumer.
