摘要
走城乡融合发展之路,是补齐边疆民族地区乡村发展短板,构建以城带乡,以乡促城双赢格局的必然要求,是实现兴边富民的内在诉求,更是铸牢中华民族共同体意识、实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求。但是,在推进边疆民族地区城乡融合发展进程中,也面临着产业发展相对滞后、人才队伍建设缓慢、文化传承创新不足、环境保护压力较大、基层治理有待完善等困境。为此,要补齐产业发展短板,加快产业振兴步伐;强化人才队伍建设,重塑人力资源结构;弘扬优秀传统文化,凝聚文化发展动力;推进生态文明建设,谱写生态宜居新篇;优化基层治理体系,夯实基层战斗堡垒,进而加快边疆民族地区城乡融合发展。
Taking the path of integrated urban-rural development is a necessary requirement to fll the gaps in rural development in border ethnic areas,build a win-win situation of"city leading township"and"township promoting city",realize the internal demand of revitalizing the border and enriching the people,and strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,in promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas in border ethnic regions,there are also challenges such as relatively lagging industrial development,slow talent team building,insufficient cultural inheritance and innovation,significant environmental protection pressure and the need for improvement in grassroots governance.To address this,we need to fill the gaps in industrial development and accelerate the pace of industrial revitalization;Strengthen the construction of talent team and reshape the structure of human resources;Promote excellent traditional culture and consolidate the driving force of cultural development;Promote the construction of ecological civilization and write a new chapter in ecological livability;Optimize the grassroots governance system,consolidate grassroots combat fortresses and accelerate the integrated development of urban and rural areas in border ethnic areas.
