摘要
高校“新工科”人才培养是在经济社会发展新常态下,推进创新驱动发展战略、实现高质量发展的战略举措,是我国高等教育综合改革突破口和助推新质生产力加快形成发展着力点。要对接“四个面向”,厚植“新工科”人才培养理念,加快构建以“新工科”专业为重点学科发展格局,以工科优势高校为试点推进人才培养体制机制改革,推进“新工科”人才培养的制度优势转化为新质生产力发展效能等方面发力,为加快“新工科”人才培育和新质生产力形成发展创造条件。
Talent training of"new engineering"in colleges and universities is a strategic measure to promote innovation-driven development strategy and achieve high-quality development under the new normal of economic and social development.It is the breakthrough point of China's comprehensive reform of higher education and the key point of accelerating the formation and development of new quality productive forces.In line with the"four orientations",we should plant the concept of"new engineering"personnel training and speed up the construction of a development patern in which"new engineering"majors are the key subjects.We will make efforts to reform the system and mechanism of personnel training by taking universities with engineering advantages as a pilot project and to transform the institutional advantages of personnel training of"new engineering"into the development efficiency of new quality productive forces.To speed up the"new engineering"personnel training and new quality of the formation and development of productive forces to create conditions.
