摘要
复杂适应系统为研究产学研战略联盟提供了一个新的视角,文章借鉴Kauffman关于生物系统进化的NK模型,对不同复杂程度的产学研战略联盟的适应性进行了分析。研究结果发现,相同规模情况下,种类间相互作用关系越多,联盟的适应性越强;不同规模的情况下,联盟规模越大,整体联盟的适应能力越低。根据这些结论,成员主体应该结合自身情况考虑是否必须加入联盟,联盟应根据内外部环境条件的变化,保持适当的规模,以增强适应性。
Complex adaptive system provides a new perspective to study production-education-research strategic alliance.In this paper,the author draw on the Kauffman NK model of the evolution of biological systems to analyze the adaptability of the dfferent complexity levels of production-education-research strategic alliance.The result shows that adaptability of the alliance is in fall with the increase in scale.Moreover,The alliance adaptability will be enhanced with improving the degree of interaction between species.Based on these conclusions,members of the alliance should consider whether to join the alliance according to their own conditions.Moreover,The alliance should also maintain an appropriate scale in order to enhance the adaptability.
