燃料电池热电联供系统的产业化进展

摘要 燃料电池热电联供(CHP)系统主要在欧洲、美国、日本等国家和地区进行应用,其中,日本和欧盟主要聚焦于家用领域,美国主要应用于工业领域。随着氢能及燃料电池产业发展加速,我国CHP系统在技术水平方面与国外产品差距正在不断缩小,但应用还处于初期阶段。我国居民电价便宜,现阶段CHP系统在民用领域尚不具备经济性优势,而在工商业建筑,以及工业园区、海岛等特殊场景潜力较大。从氢能战略、支持政策、技术经济性和碳减排效益等维度,对CHP产业发展情况和问题进行梳理,针对我国产业发展特征提出完善顶层设计和制度环境、提升技术水平和降低用能成本等相关建议。 Fuel cell combined heat and power(CHP)systems have been primarily applied in countries and regions such as Europe,the United States and Japan.Japan and the European Union have mainly focused on residential applications,while the United States has predominantly used CHP systems in industrial settings.With the accelerated development of the hydrogen energy and fuel cell industries,the gap between domestic CHP systems and foreign products in terms of technical levels is gradually narrowing.However,the application is still in early stages.Due to the low cost of residential electricity in China,CHP systems currently do not hold an economic advantage in the residential sector.Nevertheless,CHP systems show significant potential in special scenarios such as commercial and industrial buildings,industrial parks,islands.The development status and challenges of the CHP industry are studied from dimensions including hydrogen energy strategy,supportive policies,techno-economic feasibility and carbon reduction benefits.The relevant recommendations tailored to the characteristics of China’s industrial development are proposed,such as improving top-level design and institutional environment,enhancing technological levels and reducing energy costs.
