The EU Battery Regulation is a regulation that must be followed for the export of new energy vehicle power batteries to the EU.Power battery products that do not comply with the EU Battery Regulation will not be allowed for sale in the EU.A thorough understanding of the EU Battery Regulation and specific regulatory requirements for power battery producers and their products are crucial for China’s power battery enterprises to achieve export compliance,which will help to maintain the leading position of China’s power battery industry.The effects of the EU Battery Regulation on China’s power battery export companies are analyzed,the strategies and suggestions are proposed to provide decision-making support for smooth exports to the EU.
