摘要
高活性氧还原催化剂(ORR)的低成本、高效制备对金属-空气电池的大规模化应用至关重要。以氧化纤维素纳米纤维(TOCNs)、碱木素(AL)、氨水和硝酸钴为原料,通过定向冷冻干燥的方式合成气凝胶前驱体(Co@AL-TOCNs),再在氩气气氛中,采用一步热解法制备具有三维多孔蜂窝结构的高活性单原子催化剂(CoSA/N-PCA)。CoSA/N-PCA催化剂的起始电位(E_(onset))为0.95 V(vs.RHE),半波电位(E_(1/2))为0.86 V(vs.RHE),优于商业化质量分数20%的Pt/C催化剂(E_(onset)=0.92 V,E_(1/2)=0.84 V)。该方法为单原子催化剂的大规模生产提供了思路。
The low-cost and efficient preparation of high-activity oxygen reduction catalysts(ORR)is crucial for the large-scale application of metal-air battery.Oxidized cellulose nanofibers(TOCNs),alkaline lignin(AL),ammonia solution and cobalt nitrate are used as raw materials to synthesize a gel precursor(Co@AL-TOCNs)through a directional freeze-drying process,then placed in an argon atmosphere and prepared into a highly active single-atom catalyst(CoSA/N-PCA)with a three-dimensional porous honeycomb structure using a one-step pyrolysis method.The onset potential(E_(onset))of CoSA/N-PCA catalyst is 0.95 V(vs.RHE),the half-wave potential(E_(1/2))is 0.86 V(vs.RHE),which are better than that of the commercial catalyst Pt/C with a mass fraction of 20%(E_(onset)=0.92 V,E_(1/2)=0.84 V).This method offers an approach for the large-scale production of single-atom catalysts.
