升温速率对铬氧化物Cr_(8)O_(21)性能的影响

摘要 铬氧化物Cr_(8)O_(21)具有高能量密度、高工作电压的特点,可用作锂一次电池正极材料。以CrO_(3)为原料,采用高温固相法制备Cr_(8)O_(21),探究升温速率对性能的影响。以5℃/min的升温速率得到的Cr_(8)O_(21)材料,放电容量最高,0.05 mA/cm^(2)的电流密度下,比容量达到419.50 mAh/g,平均电压为2.99 V;以1℃/min的升温速率得到的Cr_(8)O_(21)材料,放电容量其次,比容量为398.49 mAh/g,平均电压为3.01 V。综合来看,升温速率5℃/min得到的Cr_(8)O_(21)材料,电化学性能较好。 Chromium oxide Cr_(8)O_(21) has the characteristics of high energy density and high operating voltage,which can be used as a cathode material for lithium primary batteries.The Cr_(8)O_(21) is prepared by a high-temperature solid-phase method with CrO3 as raw material,the effect of heating rate on the performance is investigated.The Cr_(8)O_(21) material obtained at a heating rate of 5℃/min has the highest discharge capacity.At a current density of 0.05 mA/cm^(2),the specific capacity reaches 419.50 mAh/g,the average voltage is 2.99 V;the discharge capacity of Cr_(8)O_(21) material obtained at a heating rate of 1℃/min is the second highest,with a specific capacity of 398.49 mAh/g and an average voltage of 3.01 V.Overall,the electrochemical performance of the Cr_(8)O_(21) material obtained at a heating rate of 5℃/min is better.
