摘要
为提升储能器件的能量密度和功率密度,可将Li^(+)插层的电池型材料和表面吸脱附的电容型材料进行优化混合,制备具有体表协同储能效应的混合材料。通过机械球磨法制备LiCoO_(2)/活性炭(LCO/AC)混合材料,其中LCO/AC-10混合材料具有较高的比容量(122.07 mAh/g),倍率性能和循环性能较好,10.00 C倍率与1.00 C倍率放电容量之比为86.71%,以1.00 C在2.5~4.2 V循环150次的容量保持率为64.07%。采用该混合正极,以商业化硬碳材料为负极,制备单体容量为1.3 Ah的混合型电容器,具有100.46 W·h/kg的高比能量,100.00 C与1.00 C倍率放电容量之比为71.42%,1 000.00 C脉冲放电比功率高达66.46 kW/kg, 5.00 C充放电循环2 500次的容量保持率为84.79%。
In order to improve the energy density and power density of energy storage devices,it can optimize the mixing of Li^(+)intercalated battery-type materials and surface adsorption-desorption capacitive materials to prepare the hybrid materials with collaborative bulk-surface energy storage effects.LiCoO_(2)/activated carbon(LCO/AC)hybrid material is prepared,LCO/AC-10 hybrid material has high specific capacity(122.07 mAh/g).Its rate capability and cycle performance are good,the discharge capacity ratio at 10.00 C rate to 1.00 C rate is 86.71%,the capacity retention rate is 64.07%after 150 cycles at 1.00 C in 2.5-4.2 V.Using the mixed cathode and commercial hard carbon material as anode,the hybrid-type capacitor with a capacity of 1.3 Ah has a high specific energy of 100.46 W·h/kg,the discharge capacity ratio of 100.00 C to 1.00 C rate is 71.42%,the specific discharge power of 1000.00 C is as high as 66.46 kW/kg,the capacity retention rate is 84.79%after 2500 cycles at 5.00 C.
