摘要
作为不可避免的社会发展趋势,老龄化问题对于社会各个层面均产生了广泛而深远的影响,尤其是给全球各国和地区的卫生健康体系造成了严峻挑战。面对人类与疾病将长期共存的客观现实和人们日益增长的卫生健康保障需求,疫苗产品的成功研发为有效应对传染性疾病提供了可靠的预防手段。本文通过对流感疫苗、肺炎疫苗、带状疱疹疫苗和呼吸道合胞病毒疫苗4种适用于老年人群的疫苗研发及应用进行概述,旨在为我国相关疫苗的研发和普及提供参考,以期进一步提高老年人群的健康福祉。
As an inevitable trend of social development,aging has generated a wide and far-reaching impact on every aspect of society,especially posing severe challenges for the heath system of all countries and regions around the world.Facing the objective reality of humans co-existing with diseases in a long term and people’s ever-growing demand for healthcare,the successful development of vaccine products can provide people with effective preventive measures to combat infectious diseases.This article summarizes the development and use of 4 vaccines that are suitable for the elder population,i.e.,influenza vaccine,pneumococcal vaccine,varicellazoster virus vaccine and respiratory syncytial virus vaccine,aiming to provide some reference for the development and popularization of these vaccines and to improve the well-being of the senior citizens.
