摘要
基于新时代我国科技期刊发展呈现出的新特点,论述了新时代我国科技期刊人才队伍建设与取得的成就:国家政策支持力度持续加大;学历教育以及职业培训机制日益健全;人才质量有了一定提升,人才结构进一步优化。分析了当前科技期刊出版人才队伍建设中存在的问题:出版人才总量不足,人员类型结构、知识结构不合理;人才现状与需求趋势不匹配;引人、育人、留人环境有待进一步优化。提出了加强科技期刊人才队伍建设的建议:优化人才培养方案,创新人才培养途径;重视科技期刊出版人才的选用与引进;加强继续教育培训,促进传统科技期刊从业人员的转型;完善科技期刊从业人员的评价和激励机制;营造更加有利的人才培养和引进环境。
Based on the emerging features of scientific journals in the new era,this paper elaborates on the talent development achievements in China’s scientific journal sector:increasing policy support,improved formal education and professional training mechanisms,enhanced talent quality,and optimized talent structure.It analyzes existing challenges:insufficient publishing professionals,imbalanced composition in roles and knowledge,mismatch between current capabilities and evolving demands,and suboptimal environments for recruitment,cultivation,and retention.Recommendations are proposed:optimizing training programs and innovating cultivation approaches;emphasizing the selection and recruitment of publishing talents;strengthening continuing education to facilitate workforce transformation;refining evaluation and incentive mechanisms;and fostering more favorable environments for talent development and retention.
