摘要
湖湘文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,其融入湖南高职院校广播影视类专业建设对人才培养、艺术创作、传承地域文化等具有重要作用。当前湖南高职院校普遍面临师资队伍湖湘文化素养不高、专业建设对接湖湘文化传承与发展滞后、湖湘文化育人平台不足等困境,传承湖湘文化的后备人才培养受到制约。对此,应大力将湖湘文化融入湖南高职院校广播影视类专业的师资队伍建设、专业建设、校政企合作建设中,以推动加快湖湘文化传承和发展。
Hunan culture,a key component of China’s cultural heritage,plays a vital role in talent cultivation,artistic creation,and regional cultural preservation when integrated into radio,film,and television programs at higher vocational colleges in Hunan.However,current challenges include insufficient faculty expertise in Hunan culture,delayed alignment of program development with cultural transmission,and inadequate educational platforms.These constraints hinder the training of future professionals capable of sustaining this cultural legacy.To address these challenges,Hunan culture should be comprehensively integrated into faculty development,curriculum design,and industry collaboration within these programs to accelerate its preservation and evolution.
