摘要
习近平总书记在文化传承发展座谈会上强调“第二个结合”的重大意义,指明坚持守正创新是“更好担负起新的文化使命”的重要方式。“守正创新”既是贯穿于习近平文化思想的世界观和方法论,也是中国共产党对待中华优秀传统文化的科学观点和方法。其中“守正”体现在:坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的根本制度;坚持“实事求是”的根本要求;坚持中国共产党的文化领导权;坚守中华民族的文化主体性。“创新”体现在对中华优秀传统文化的话语体系、战略部署和表达形式等方面作出了许多原创性贡献。新时代继续推进“第二个结合”,要坚持党的领导、坚持问题导向、坚持自信自立、坚持人民至上。
At the symposium on cultural inheritance and development,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the critical importance of“the second integration”.He posited that upholding fundamental principles while breaking new ground is essential for fulfilling the new cultural mission.This dual approach encapsulates Xi Jinping thought on culture and serves as a methodological framework for the Communist Party of China(CPC)in engaging with fine traditional Chinese culture.Upholding fundamental principles ensures Marxism’s guiding role in ideological discourse,the fundamental requiement of“seeking truth from facts”,the CPC’s cultural leadership,and the cultural subjectivity of the Chinese nation.Conversely,breaking new ground manifests in original contributions to the discourse system,strategic development,and innovative forms of expression within fine traditional Chinese culture.To advance“the second integration”in the new era,it is imperative to uphold Party leadership,adopt a problemoriented approach,maintain selfconfidence,prioritize selfreliance,and put the people first.
