摘要
旅游专业村发展是打破城乡壁垒、推动城乡融合、实现乡村振兴的重要途径。以典型山区县域栾川为案例地,重点关注客源市场(S)、交通区位(T)及产业基础(I)三要素内涵与城乡交互关系,总结三者在旅游专业村发展过程中呈现出多元化与复杂化的互动关系。以对34个旅游专业村的实地调研数据为基础,基于S-T-I三要素不同状态的组合,划分出集聚提升型(S2T2I2)、城郊融合型(S2T2I1)、环城游憩型(S2T1I2)、山野度假型(S1T2I2)、市场依托型(S2T1I1)、交通引领型(S1T2I1)和景区带动型(S1T1I2)7种旅游专业村类型,在此基础上归纳出区域集聚、邻域渗透、核心—边缘及圈层“飞地”这4类对应的发展模式,并对不同发展模式的形成机制进行探讨。以期推动学术关注点由旅游专业村内生性发展向动态的以城乡交互为主的要素整合利用研究转移。
The development of tourism specialized villages is an important approach to breaking down urban-rural barriers,promoting urban-rural integration,and achieving rural revitalization.Taking Luanchuan,a typical mountainous county,as a case study,this paper focuses on the connotations of three elements—tourist market(S),transportation location(T),and industrial foundation(I)—and their urban-rural interactive relationships,summarizing the diversified and complex interactive relationships among the three elements in the development process of tourism specialized villages.Based on field survey data of 34 tourism specialized villages,and according to the combinations of different states of the S-T-I elements,seven types of tourism specialized villages are classified,including agglomeration-upgrading type(S2T2I2),suburban integration type(S2T2I1),urban fringe recreation type(S2T1I2),mountain vacation type(S1T2I2),market-based type(S2T1I1),traffic-led type(S1T2I2),and scenic spot-driven type(S1T1I2).On this basis,four corresponding development models are summarized:regional agglomeration,neighborhood penetration,core-periphery,and circular“enclave”.The formation mechanisms of different development models are also discussed.This study aims to shift academic focus from the endogenous development of tourism specialized villages to the research on dynamic element integration and utilization dominated by urban-rural interaction.
