摘要
为弄清湖南省农业经济高质量发展的影响机制,助力农业强国建设,本文采用熵值法对2012-2021年湖南省县域农业经济高质量发展水平进行测度;采用地理探测器对其影响因素进行分析,并从“三境”视角对农业经济高质量发展与各要素的作用机制进行剖析。结果表明:(1)湖南省农业经济高质量总体发展水平呈现波动上升特征。(2)长株潭片区农业经济在农业技术、经营主体、生产模式等方面有待完善;洞庭湖片区农业品牌打造参差不齐;湘南片区少数县市农业产业化不足;大湘西片区农业经济存在新型农业经营主体、农业品牌、农业资金投入等多方面的问题。(3)从影响因素角度分析,在单因素作用方面,农业发展条件类指标贡献最强;在交互作用方面,最强的交互作用关系大部分与农村居民收入有关。最后总结研究结果,分别对湖南省四大片区提出针对性建议。
In order to clarify the influence mechanism of the high-quality development of agricultural economy in Hunan province,and help the construction of an agricultural power.In this paper,the entropy method is used to measure the high quality development level of county agricultural economy in Hunan province from 2012 to 2021,and the influencing factors are analyzed by geographical detector.In addition,the high quality development of agricultural economy and the action mechanism of each factor are analyzed from the perspective of“three environments”.The results are as follows.(1)The overall development level of high quality agricultural economy in Hunan province is fluctuating and rising.(2)The agricultural economy in Changzhutan area needs to be improved in terms of agricultural technology,management subject and production mode.The agricultural brand building in Dongting Lake area is uneven.A few counties and cities in southern Hunan province lack agricultural industrialization.There are many problems in the agricultural economy of Daxiang West area,such as new agricultural management subjects,agricultural brands and agricultural capital investment.(3)From the perspective of influencing factors,in terms of single factor,the contribution of agricultural development condition index is the strongest.In terms of interactions,most of the strongest interactions are related to rural income.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results and puts forward specific suggestions for the four major districts in Hunan province.
