鱼腥藻毒素检测及去除方法研究进展

摘要 鱼腥藻毒素(ATXs)是一类具有神经毒性的低分子量生物碱,主要由丝状蓝藻产生。这种毒素可在几分钟内导致动物出现颤搐、肌肉麻痹、呼吸停止等神经性中毒症状。ATXs在淡水水体中广泛分布,严重影响陆生动物及人类的健康。自1981年以来,全球淡水水体因鱼腥藻毒素导致的畜禽中毒事件持续被报道。因此,检测和去除环境中的ATXs显得尤为重要。本文综述了常用鱼腥藻毒素检测方法的原理、优缺点及其适用性,并总结和比较了几种鱼腥藻毒素去除方法的优缺点,最后对ATXs检测与去除技术的未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为相关领域的研究提供参考。 Anatoxins(ATXs)are a class of neurotoxic low-molecular-weight alkaloids,mainly produced by filamentous cyanobacteria.These toxins can induce neurological poisoning symptoms in animals,such as convulsions,muscle paralysis,and respiratory failure within minutes.The widespread distribution of ATXs in freshwater bodies severely affects the health of terrestrial animals and humans.Since 1981,livestock poisoning incidents caused by ATXs in freshwater bodies have been continuously reported.Therefore,the detection and removal of ATXs in the environment are of great importance.In this paper,we reviewed the principles,advantages,limitations,and applicability of commonly used methods for detecting ATXs,and the advantages and disadvantages of several ATXs removal methods were summarized.Finally,we provided an outlook for the development directions of ATXs detection and removal methods,in the hope of providing reference for research in related fields.
