摘要
家具企业中的板材原材料及成品广泛采用贯通式平面仓库进行存储。由于针对贯通式平面仓库的研究较少,企业主要以仓库管理员的经验进行货位分配,但该方法无法实现科学合理的精细化管理。因此,有必要对板材类贯通式平面仓库货位分配进行研究。首先构建了贯通式平面仓库的数学模型,但该类模型的规模较大,传统的遗传算法求解容易陷入局部最优解。因此,设计了自适应的遗传算法。最后,采用板材类的案例进行应用分析。结果表明:相比于管理者的经验分配方法,科学合理的贯通式平面仓库货位分配法的搬运总距离减少了9048.9 m。
In furniture enterprises,the raw materials and finished products of panels are widely stored in through-type flat warehouses.However,there are few studies on through-type flat warehouses.Enterprises mainly allocated cargo space based on the experience of warehouse managers,which cannot achieve scientific and reasonable refined management.Therefore,it was necessary to study the cargo space allocation of throughtype flat warehouses for panels.In this paper,a mathematical model of through-type flat warehouses was first constructed.The scale of this type of model was large,and the traditional genetic algorithm solution was prone to fall into the local optimal solution.Then,an adaptive genetic algorithm was designed.Finally,a case study of panels was used for application analysis.The results showed that the scientific and reasonable through-type flat warehouse cargo space allocation reduced the total handling distance by 9048.9 m compared with the manager's experience allocation method.
