摘要
釉面结晶是当代炉钧的标志与艺术特征。炉钧结晶属于“多元结晶”,由多种金属元素经氧化还原反应形成。其烧成工艺遵循“急火缓降”原则,启火2小时内窑炉温度达到970℃后转还原火,再经2-3小时左右温度达到1240℃时住火,保温温度控制在低于烧成温度130℃±20℃区间,时长约150分钟,以此满足晶核发育和晶体生长的热力条件。当代炉钧采用煅烧后的金属氧化物研磨颗粒作为晶种,通过人工种晶的方法,基本解决了器物特定部位晶体缺失的烧成工艺问题。
Glaze surface crystallization serves as the signature feature and artistic characteristic of contemporary Lu Jun porcelain.The crystallization process in Lu Jun involves“multi-element crystallization”,formed through oxidation-reduction reactions of various metal elements.Its firing technique adheres to the principle of“rapid heating followed by gradual cooling.”Specifically,the kiln temperature is raised to 970℃within 2 hours during the initial firing phase,then switched to a reducing flame.After approximately 2-3 hours,the temperature reaches 1240℃at which point the flame is extinguished.The post-firing insulation temperature is maintained within a range of 130℃±20℃below the peak firing temperature,with a duration of about 150 minutes.This thermal regimen ensures optimal conditions for nucleation and crystal growth.Contemporary Lu Jun artisans employ calcined metal oxide particles as artificial nuclei,strategically introducing them through manual seeding techniques to effectively address the issue of crystal absence in specific areas of the artifacts during the firing process.
