可再生能源系统全生命周期评价体系

Life Cycle Evaluation System for Renewable Energy Systems

摘要 研究引入全生命周期评价(Life Cycle Assessment,LCA)理论,从原材料获取、能源转换、能源输配使用到设备回收和处理的四个阶段,建立了核算模型,构建了一套适用于可再生能源系统的LCA体系。选取淮安地区某综合办公区供能系统进行算例分析,结果表明,LCA体系能更准确地反映可再生能源系统在有效工作期内的整体性能;与传统的短期或单个年度评价方法相比,基于LCA的系统评价结果对于能源项目建设前期的评估阶段具有重要的指导意义。 The development of renewable energy systems has become particularly important with the steady progress of the"double carbon"target.The study introduces the theory of Life Cycle Assessment(LCA),establishes an accounting model from the four stages of raw material acquisition,energy conversion,energy transmission and distribution,and equipment recycling and disposal,and constructs a set of LCA system applicable to renewable energy systems.An example of an energy supply system for a comprehensive office area in Huai'an is selected for analysis,and the results show that the LCA system can more accurately reflect the overall performance of the renewable energy system during the effective working period;compared with the traditional short-term or individual annual evaluation methods,the results of the LCA-based system evaluation are of great significance as a guide for the evaluation stage of the pre-construction phase of the energy project.
