摘要
针对现有地面亭混凝土施工中经常出现的色差、蜂窝麻面、预留孔洞偏移、棱角瑕疵、振捣不密实等外观质量问题,以现有的地面亭工程为例,通过外观质量缺陷的现状调查分析,总结出地面亭混凝土施工过程中可能导致外观质量问题的一些主要原因,并对这些主要原因进行逐项分析,通过现场实践,发现振捣工具、现场培训、脱模剂的选用为主要影响因素。最后通过振捣机械的合理选用、改进振捣方法,更换脱模剂类型,提升现场培训频次,增强质量意识等方法,有效地提升地面亭混凝土施工外观质量。
In view of the appearance quality problems such as colour difference,honeycomb hemp surface,reserved hole offset,angular defects,and vibration compactness that often occur in the concrete construction of the existing ground pavilion,taking the existing ground pavilion project as an example,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of appearance quality defects,some of the main reasons that may lead to appearance quality problems in the concrete construction process of the ground pavilion arc:summarized,and these main reasons arc:analyzed one by one,and through on-site practice,it is found that the selection of vibrating tools,on-site training,and mould release agent arc:the:main influencing factors.Finally,through the reasonable selection of vibrating machinery,the improvement of vibrating methods,the replacement of mould release agent types,the improvement of on-site training frequency,and the enhancement of quality awareness,the quality of concrete construction appearance of ground pavilions is effectively improved.
