(Quality of Life Questionnaire for Cancer Patients-Core 30,QLQ-30)评分[MD=11.35,95%CI(6.83,15.87),P<0.00001]。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cancer-related depression(CRD)by Meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of CRD from January 2019 to November 2019 were searched in the databases, literatures were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and relevant information was extracted for systematic evaluation and quality analysis. Results:A total of 371 articles were retrieved,15 of which met the requirements. The results showed that the effective rate of acupuncture and moxibustion on CRD was higher than that of conventional treatment[Odds Ratio(OR)=2.79,95%CI(1.99,3.90),P<0.00001].Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy could reduce the HAMD score[mean difference(MD)=–3.76,95%CI(–5.39,–2.12),P<0.00001]and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score in CRD patients[MD=–4.41,95%CI(–8.61,–0.20),P<0.04],also improved the QLQ-30 score of patients[MD=11.35,95%CI(6.83,15.87),P<0.00001].Conclusion:Studies have shown that acupuncture and moxibustion has good clinical efficacy in ameliorating the depressive state in patients with CRD.
