基于RTOS的EtherCAT从站设计与实现

摘要 为满足工业自动化控制领域对大数据量和高实时性分布式控制系统的需求,设计一套基于STM32F405RGT6微控制器的EtherCAT从站通信系统。详细阐述了系统的架构设计及EtherCAT协议栈的集成方案,并通过搭建FreeRTOS环境、移植EtherCAT协议栈以及任务划分与优先级设置等步骤完成系统设计。测试结果显示,该系统能够支持1ms周期的DC同步EtherCAT总线通信及周期性过程数据交换等功能需求。该工作对于推动工业自动化领域分布式控制系统的发展具有重要意义。 In order to meet the demand for large data volume and high real-time distributed control system in the field of industrial automation control,a set of EtherCAT slave communication system based on STM32F405RGT6 microcontroller is designed.The architectural design of the system and the integration scheme of the EtherCAT protocol stack are elaborated in detail,and the system design is completed through the steps of building the FreeRTOS environment,porting the EtherCAT protocol stack,and task division and priority setting.The test results show that the system is able to support 1ms cycle DC synchronous EtherCAT bus communication and periodic process data exchange and other functional requirements.This work is of great significance in promoting the development of distributed control systems in industrial automation.
