摘要
为探究高校社会实践活动对大学生职业认知与职业发展的影响及其机制,通过问卷调研与统计分析的方法对高校大学生的职业认知、职业发展、实践参与度等维度进行分析。结果表明,社会实践活动能显著提升大学生对职业要求的理解与职业发展方向的认知,增强其职业技能与职业自信,对其职业规划与长远发展具有积极影响。实践参与度同职业认知及职业发展密切相关,大学生普遍认可社会实践活动在自身职业成长中的重要作用。基于此,提出优化实践活动类型、强化指导反馈机制、结合职业规划教育等建议,以进一步发挥社会实践活动在职业教育中的价值。
The study explores the influence and mechanism of social practice activities in colleges and universities on college students’career cognition and career development;and analyzes the career cognition,career development and practical participation of college students through questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis.The results show that social practice activities can significantly enhance college students’understanding of career requirements and their cognition of development directions,strengthen their professional skills and confidence,and have positive impact on their career planning and long-term development.Practical participation is closely related to professional cognition and career development.College students generally accept the important role of social practice activities in their own career growth.Based on this,it is suggested to optimize the types of practical activities,strengthen the guidance and feedback mechanism,and combine with vocational planning education,etc.,so as to further exert the value of social practice activities in vocational education.
