摘要
本研究全面综述了物联网环境下电子商务交易算法的优化方法.文章指出物联网技术在工业4.0向工业5.0过渡中,对电子商务的发展起到了关键推动作用.文章深入探讨了垂直物联网框架在数据收集、处理等方面的应用,并强调机器学习、模糊逻辑及卷积神经网络等算法在优化电子商务流程中的重要性.通过案例分析,提出了提升电子商务可持续性、安全性和运营效率的策略,同时指出物联网服务质量、安全性、运营成本及用户IT知识水平是影响其长期发展的关键因素.此外,研究强调了电子商务可持续发展的四个关键因素:物联网服务的质量、安全性、运营成本和87用户的IT知识水平.最后,根据电子商务中基于图像处理和模式识别能力,提出了卷积神经网络模型与优化算法.
This study comprehensively reviews the optimization methods of e-commerce transaction algorithms in the Internet of Things environment.The article points out that IoT technology has played a key role in promoting the development of e-commerce during the transition from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0.The article delves into the application of vertical IoT frameworks in data collection,processing,and emphasizes the importance of algorithms such as machine learning,fuzzy logic,and convolutional neural networks in optimizing e-commerce processes.Through case analysis,strategies for improving the sustainability,security,and operational efficiency of e-commerce have been proposed.At the same time,it is pointed out that the quality,security,operating costs,and user IT knowledge level of IoT services are key factors affecting their long-term development.In addition,the study emphasizes four key factors for the sustainable development of e-commerce:the quality,security,operational costs,and IT knowledge level of 87 users of IoT services.Finally,based on image processing and pattern recognition capabilities in e-commerce,a convolutional neural network model and optimization algorithm were proposed.
