摘要
【目的】分析油松生长指标在不同基质下的表现,以掌握适合油松生长的最佳土壤基质,为油松培育提供参考。【方法】以辽宁省西丰县油松作为研究对象,试验采用随机区组设计,对照组为100%田园土(CK),试验组选用3种育苗基质,T1(60%田园土+30%草炭土+10%农家肥+生根粉灌根)、T2(60%田园土+30%草炭土+10%农家肥)、T3(60%田园土+40%草炭土),分析不同育苗基质对油松生长指标的影响。【结果】与对照组相比,T1、T2、T3的苗高、地径、冠幅、叶面积、生物量数值较高,其中最大的为T1处理;与对照组相比,T1、T2、T3的总根长、单株根系总面积、根系平均直径、平均根尖数较高,其中最大的同样为T1处理。【结论】T1(60%田园土+30%草炭土+10%农家肥+生根粉灌根)苗木生长指标最佳。
【Objective】To analyze the performance of Pinus tabuliformis growth indicators under different substrates,in order to determine the optimal soil substrate suitable for Pinus tabuliformis growth and provide a reference for oil pine cultivation.【Method】Taking the Pinus tabuliformis in Xifeng county,Liaoning province as the research object,the experiment adopted a randomized block design.The control group was 100%garden soil(CK),and the experimental group selected three kinds of seedling substrates.T1(60% garden soil+30% peat soil+10% farmyard manure+rooting powder for root irrigation),T2(60% garden soil+30% peat soil+10% farmyard manure),T3(60% garden soil+40% peat soil)were used to analyze the effects of different seedling substrates on the growth indicators of Pinus tabuliformis.【Result】Compared with the control group,the values of plant height,ground diameter,crown width,leaf area and biomass of T1,T2 and T3 were higher,among which the largest was the T1 treatment.Compared with the control group,the total root length,total root area per plant,average root diameter and average number of root tips of T1,T2 and T3 were higher,among which the largest was also the treatment of T1.【Conclusion】The growth indicators of seedlings at T1(60% garden soil+30% peat soil+10% farmyard manure+rooting powder for root irrigation)are the optimal.
